I woke up this morning with back spasms. I finally slept all night and I think I slept in one spot the whole time! It's been spasming most of the day, but is subsiding in intensity. Hope it's gone tomorrow.
It was really cold this morning, so we even wore jackets and long pants to church. By the time we came out, it wasn't quite as cold and the sun was really shining. Hope tomorrow is warmer!
