Unfortunately we didn't do anything. I felt so much worse today. I'm hoping that tomorrow is better. Dave says he's taking me to our doctor. I've got a spot about 6" down from where I hit that's like someone is ripping my muscle, putting a hot iron to it, or poking it with an ice pick. That's the worst pain - I'm thinking I tore a muscle. If so it's no wonder the meds aren't seeming to work.
