I felt pretty good this morning, even though I had only a few hours of sleep. I've been walking around without the walker and doing some mild things around the house. By afternoon, I started getting sorer and sorer...grrr. Then Bryan brought Aidan to see us and I did a bunch of ups and downs in and out of the chair. I just took a pain pill and a muscle spasm pill. I really hurt tonight.
