We had such a fun weekend. We went to Harvest Farm campground on Friday morning. It took us 2.5 hours to get there - it should have been 1.5 hours...another one of those shortcuts!! Not only was it a longer than it should have been trip, it was also a bumpier trip with curvy and chipped road!! Needless to say we came a different way home! Bryan and Aidan got there in 1.5 hours later in the day. It was so nice there. Friday was perfect but Saturday was drizzly for a while. Then it turned out beautiful too. We even got to have a campfire Saturday night, so Aidan could have S'mores! Now that Aidan talks, he's just so entertaining. He's always talking about Grandpa Dave! He was so good all weekend!
We came home today just in time to watch the Cubs sweep the Cardinals! That was a lot of fun, too!!
